newegg deal legit?

Okay, so I'm debating on whether to get an iPhone or the HTC 8925. I am very curious about this deal at newegg, what allows the price to go so low? Anyway, thanks everyone.

Newegg.com - HTC 8925 Tilt 3G / UMTS AT&T Authorized SmartPhone

Also, is the video driver issue a huge issue with this device?

Also checkout Amazons deal. I bought my BJ through them and plan on getting the TILT with them in a few months. Also Google HTC North America. You can get it through them for $99 however there calling plans are limited.

I received my tilt last Friday on this deal. Downgraded their default calling from $59 to $39, added unlimited data, no messaging package. So I got the $185 and the free headset, but am not eligible for the $50 rebate.

Anywho, the only hassle so far was activation. There is nothing anywhere in the box you get that says what to do. ATT wireless website has both a web form and a phone number to an automated system, both of which are going to ask for the new phone number you are activating. Problem is that Newegg doesn't GIVE you a phone number.
So I called that line and waited until it got tired of asking me for the number. It then forwarded me to a human (in the US, no less) and she was able to look up the Newegg transaction and give me my new phone number. Then she forwarded me back to the automated activation line.
