I had a moto V3 before, and the phone always beeped when I had a missed call.
On the HTC I only have a icon that shows on "Today". If I have my phone on sleep, and I don't check, I would not be able to know if I had a missed call.
Any ideas how to fix this problem?

I have the 8525 which should be similar. When I receive an text massage it does notify me with a sound & the screen comes on. You should get a notification on a missed call but it will not keep notifying you. In both cases the phone radio LED might turn from green to orange for the notification, at least it does on mine. I would not think there would be much of a difference between the tilt & 8525

There is a program called PhoneAlarm that will solve this problem for you. I use it on my Tilt and it works great. It actually has quite a few features other than just repeating alarms for SMS/TEXT, Missed Calls, and VoiceMail.

But only dos (play the alarm sound) when you get the call (right after the call), if you are there to hear that alarm you would answer the call.

Unfortunately you will have to install a third party program to get repeat notifications for missed calls, voicemails, and text messages. The built in notifications only fire off once then you have to check your screen to see if you missed anything while in the bathroom :o

Kinda silly for a supposedly powerful device.

There is a 3rd party freeware program to do this. It's called Don't Forget 2. I'm a PhoneAlarm user myself, so I use that. But DF2 will remind you of missed things also.
