2nd USB broken

I'm on my second Tilt and just woke up to discover the USB plug isn't working.

AT&T won't replace it because it is "physical damage" and they don't cover that, apparently. This is the second time it has happened in less than two months.

Anyone else experiencing this? It isn't like I'm some ham-fisted kid with no experience with mini USB. Digital camera, previous phones (8525) and more years using computers than I care to mention under my belt.

I believe it is a 5 pin USB pluging into a 10 pin socket problem..

You need an adapter to insure a tight fit.
