I have noticed recently that email doesn not download into my phone when the screen is turned off. I have the options set to connect every 10 minutes. When the phone is plugged into the computer, it donwloads like it should. I am having to manually send/receive when I am using the phone and the screen is on. I have called AT&T and all they can say is that they'll send me a refurbished replacement. I hate to go through that because it took a lot of time to download the plug-ins and get my contacts and photos correctly in the phone. Please help!!!!
