I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate (64 bit)and have installed Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 for Vista (64 bit). My AT&T Tilt has the latest ROM version 1.62.502.0. I am able to connect and manage my files but am unable to set up my mobile device. Any time I try, I get the following,"There is a problem with your connection. Please disconnect and reconnect your device and try again." I've tried every suggestion including turning off my computer's anti-virus (avast!) and Sunbelt's CounterSpy applications and disabling the advanced network functionality in the USB to PC settings in the Tilt.

Secondly in the Tilt, how can I make all the files in all the subfolders in the Windows folder visible? Some, like the files in the Fonts folder, are not visible.

I've been to several forums and these two problems seem to bedevil users. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any solution. One can therefore be sure that the solutions would be very much welcome everywhere. Apart from publishing the suggested solution in this forum, I request that solution contributors also send the link/s to my email smiley540070@yahoo.com.

you don't have an iphone that syncs on the same computer do you if so it wont let you sync up, i had the same problem

Do you have any third party applications that make use of ActiveSync to sync or transfer data?

Yes. I have SOTI Pocket Controller Pro but I'm using the MANUAL synchronization and not the AUTOMATIC option. However I use the AT&T MEdia Net with the AUTOMATIC connection option to surf the net on my Tilt.
