Skyfire Beta, anyone?

Has anyone got into the Skyfire Browser Beta? I signed up for it back in February and have yet to hear back from them about getting in. So I was just curious if anyone other than press has gotten in yet.

I got it and love it!

neener neener neener.... :)

I talked to tech support on friday and they still do not know when the next revision is due out. Hopefully multi line editing and deleting bookmarks will be part of the fixes!

I'm with you. Opera just doesn't cut it for me either.

Come on Skyfire!

I'm anxious for Skyfire too but the latest NF is working pretty well (the old one was a dog). It's fast and displays pages really well... the finger scrolling is nice too. I've pretty much quit using Opera.

I may have got some preferential treatment in getting the responses back, but I think all of the applications for the beta are automated. Maybe not.

I love it, and it is super fast on Edge too... It just needs some more tweaking...

Well, we're on the wrong continent to get decent guinness, so we'll call it even. :D

Shoot, I'd settle for Fuller’s ESB or maybe an Abbot, but I'd sure like to get the Skyfire.

Our local has just started selling Stone California Double IPA... which is pretty good. Ironically despite the fact that we invented it, it's pretty hard to get a good IPA here

I'll second that.

Although being here in Boston at least helps ensure that you'll get the best of the not-so-best.

Skyfire just released version 0.6.0.4489. I hope this is enough for them to release it to the general public. I am taking heat on TiltSite from readers who are wondering why I have it and they still haven't got it. I should not have done the "neener" comments earlier and I apologize. My Aximsite childish humor and pranks are coming back again.... I feel another photo edit of Chris coming on too.... :)

Update already?

:( So much for the beta test. Obviously they have enough, I signed up on Jan 28. Four months later nothing! I think these guys must work for Microsoft. The new iphone will probably be out with a browser that will have these guys playing catch up again. Man I hate apple but they seem to get their products out quicker, thus staying relevant. Well back to NetFront

They're Watching....

Well DSmithZ28 was right, the Skyfire crew is watching. I just my beta right after the microsoft crack. Downloaded it. I went straight to Youtube of course. It's true the videos loaded in the small window on the site then you were able to zoom in and make it full screen. I tried flash on other sites and it work as advertised. Now for the bad : I have 3G in my area(I even enabled the HSDA(?) with Kaiser Tweaks). Having all three of the hyped beta browsers, I will go on record as saying that NetFront V3.5 is the KING!! Bow down Opera and Skyfire. The buffering or whatever it is they do on Opera and Skyfire is annoying. The pages load fast, but they are unreadable for a split second. Once the page loads and you zoom, the problem persists. NetFront is like the Iphone. When the page loads, it's readable no hesitation even when zooming and scrolling. The race isn't over but right now Skyfire is secong behind NetFront. So far Opera beta 9.5 is disappointing. :(
