I'm upgrading from an 8125 to the Tilt/8925 tomorrow.

Was wondering if you all could please make some recommendations about what mods I should make, ROM to flash, etc., while the unit is fresh and new. I already have KaiserTweak downloaded and ready, and I'm aware of the soft-reset trick to skip AT&T's bloatware.

Any recommendations/help would be greatly appreciated :)

I recommend HTC Home, it gives you a nice size clock on the today screen with some handy finger-friendly buttons. I recommend NetFront web browser, its what I use until I can get into the Skyfire beta. HTC Album is nice too for viewing pictures. If you are going to watch videos, I recommend The Core Media Player. I haven't done any flashing yet but from what I've read, Duttythroy has some of the best, most stable ROMs.
