Outlook Notes won't play nice.

First, although I haven't posted yet - this site and forum has been a tremendous help for a the last remaining techie binder geek that converted to a smartphone.

Second - this may not be the forum to ask, but it is on my tilt so I will ask anyway. If there is a better forum to ask at, or better resource, please direct me.

I converted my handwritten notes to "Notes" in MS Outlook and use Activesync to link my Smartphone.

It seems that Notes create a PWI file in my synchronized folder for Activesync. But it drops my PWI note files in the base directory (vs. My Notes or another directory I created). This annoyed me some, but I lived with it until I realized that the phone drops another PWI file for missed calls (or v-mail, not sure yet) in the same Directory.

Which means when I sync, I see a note in outlook that someone called at X time which I missed.

I can move my existing PWI's to a folder I created in my sync folder - but new "Notes" made in outlook won't natively go there.

So in short - does someone know how I can get PWI files to drop in a specified folder in my activesync folder for both the phone and notes?

Sorry for the long drawn out explanation - but was tough to explain.

And thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
