How do you do a right-mouse click to save an attachment from an email from your AT&T Tilt?

Tap and hold the file to get the options :)

Unfortunately, it doesn't work when viewing an email (via webmail) and someone sent an attachment.

When you click on the attachment don't you get a prompt to save or open?

No, it doesn't recong. its an attachment, but it totally works works with normal email via outlook.
