When I go to a web page before it loads the page it tells me that it cannot connect and says:

"Dialed:
Cannot connect for unknown reasons. To check your connection settings and change them if needed, tap Settings. If the problem continues, reset your mobile device according to your manufactures documentation and try again."

When I hit dismiss on most sites it loads the page but on a few it will not load them and I was able to load them before. So what do I need to do or what have I done.
