I'm having several issues with my Tilt.

First, I have had an issue with my Tilt randomly hanging and requiring me to remove the battery in order to get the phone to come alive again. This has happened several times and on several occasions, the display would come up with a flash of "image not found" and then present three colored bars covering the bulk of the display (in red, green and blue) stating "serial". One time this came up and I actually had to have the entire phone replaced. Sometimes it will come back up though.

Second, I cannot get the USB synch to occur properly. The system connects to the power on my computer, but does not recognize the USB device and thus cannot sync.

Anyone have any ideas other than pure hardware issues on both of these items?
