Due to a rather unfortunate accident involving a combination of Gravity, concrete, and water my T-Mobile Vario II (HTC Hermes) is dead.....

However the accidental damage warranty from T-Mobile kicked in and a mere 2.5 hours after its unfortunate demise I now have a shiny new Vario III (HTC Kaiser)


So I have a couple of thank you's to make.
Firstly T-mobile for moving so quickly to help me get a replacement phone

and also thanks to the Tiltsite branch of Mobilitysite. There's a load of useful stuff here to help me get up to speed.
