Tilt - Exchange server - active sync question

Is it possible to have my local contacts and calendar seperate from my exchange server at work?
If so, what do I need to do?

Someone at work was raving about their iPod with some new software - looked pretty cool. Please tell me we can do the same thing...

Must be missing something really simple.
How do I set up the exchange server on my tilt and have both show?
Do I do it through sync?

In the exchange settings uncheck calendar and contacts

If you want to sync them with your local desktop PC you would create another A/S profile and select the contacts/calendar options

I'm a little green here.
OK. I would like to have contacts and calendar on my Tilt that I sync with the PC just like I do now.
However, I would also like to have access to my exchange server at work.
How do I add the exchange server (to what, where, ??) and send/receive emails there without syncing the exchange calendar with my "personal" one on the Tilt and PC.

The iPod has groups or somethnig like that.
How do I do something similar. You mentioned adding another AutoSync profile. Where do I do that?
and then, where would I see those emails, calendars?

Thanks for being patient.

Even though I dont know if i have that center loaded, here's the issue.

I have my personal calender and contacts on my PC. I sync with the Tilt. Cool.
now I want to view my work calendar and email from my Tilt. Where do I seet the connection up to the exchange server WITHOUT sending my personal stuff up to the exchange server.

If I dont sync, I cant see it can I???
