Mad "No network" signal set-up

My phone is periodically loosing network and the only way for me to find it out is 1) by wearing a Jabra-5020 bluetooth, that starts alerting you, or 2) to look at the screen and find out that there are no bars/service. Does anyone know if I can set the handset up the way that it starts beeping or giving any other indication that the network is lost?

Under settings/personal tab/ Sounds and Notifications then Notifications tab there are some settings for WiFi and some more for connection established and disconnected. IDK if these latter two are for the phone network or not.
