cant get on the net

well my wifi works great. However if I am on the att network I can only seem to get on media net. In the network I can not check any other sites. Unfortunately I do not know how this happened since my youngest likes to play with my phone if I am not looking. Please help I know this has happened to others.

well I figured out I had medianet as a default so problem fixed. though for some reason I get a pop up about dialing failure and still can't connect from att isp but still can with wifi. help!

this happened to me once, my solution was a backup and hard reset. If you are in a hurry, this is probably the way to go.

Any other solutions to this, it should be a simple setting, or a kaiser tweek, but great suggestion Ryan

Well after searching more forums I disabled the proxy, and now to access an html site I get a pop up "The page cannot be displayed because the website cannot be authenticated."

MediaNet worked.
Wifi worked.
Internet explorer would not load with edge or 3G

Solution.

Verified settings and made sure no username or password was in the Media net settings.

Contacted tech support VIA Chat. Was advised the problem was a Hang up on their end, a simple reset of my account on their end fixed the problem.

I hopes this helps others if they ever encounter this problem.
