Download football schedule to Calendar

Does anyone know how and where to sync a college football (specifically Auburn or University of Kentucky) schedule straight into the Calendar program?

If you are using Outlook:

For UK, go to ukathletics.com, click on the schedules tab at the top of the page, pick football. The schedule will come up. Scroll to the bottom and you will see an icon to download the schedule into MS Outlook.

hmmmm how to begin...

Perhaps here:
outlook sports calendar - Google Search

then here:
Always on Time with MarkThisDate.com
Calendar Updates - Sport Team Schedules for your Microsoft Outlook Calendar

Specifically:
outlook auburn sports calendar - Google Search

The Auburn University Official Athletic Site - Athletics

Great. I haven't tried any downloads yet, but I'll let you know if I have any problems.

I didn't realize it is just simple MS Outlook. New to this pocketPC thing...

As predicted, I have followup questions.

I downloaded the schedule as a csv file from ukathletics.com. What next? It downloaded to my pc desktop, I then synced it to the my documents folder on my Tilt. I don't see anything in my calendar program to "import" data. What next?

why DL it as CSV?

Are you using outlook on your PC?
Import to Outlook on your PC, THEN sync Outlook to PPC

Not sure. The file is called "shedule.csv" How else should/can I download it?

I can look at other sites for the downloadable schedule. What format should I be looking for?

I am not currently using Outlook on my PC. I will work on that. I also downloaded the .csv file straight to the Tilt (using Opera), but is ended up just being a downloaded file again.

.csv just means Comma separated value.
That just means that it puts all the info into a text file with commas between the relevant columns etc.
Unless you have a program thbat can import that info it's not much use.
You really need to add it to your calendar on the PC in outlook and then sync it to the tilt.

Now that I think about it, you could import it into excel on you pc and use it that way on the tilt. Assuming you don't want to use Outlook.

Boy, I sound stupider by the minute (especially by using words like "stupider"), but I can't seem to find MS Outloook on any of my PC's (all running XP) at home or at work. A couple have Outlook Express for email, but I can't find a calendar/planner program anywhere, except for in crappy MSWorks, but it can't translate a .csv file, either.

Evidently, I am truly ignorant with this calendar thing. Must have skipped class that day...

When you bought the phone, it should/may have come with MS outlook.

Outlook Express will not work
Windows Calendar will not work

Syncing REQUIRES Outlook (or an Exchange Account)

Did your Tilt come with a companion CD?
If so, it probably has a copy of Outlook on it that you can install to your PC, it's usually the only thing of value on the CD.

Radimus, if by "bought the phone...came with Microsoft Outlook" you mean the 60 day trial that is on the CD (as referenced by Box in the last post, then yes. I just found it. I will download the trial version tonight on my PC at home.

Hopefully we are looking at a pretty simple process. Download the trial, add my silly little football schedule (which has gone from simple query to obsession), then discontinue the trial. I don't really see further need for it, since I do absolutely no appointment/calendar stuff on my home PC.
