Hey guys,
I just got my tilt two days ago. Text messaging was working fine. Then, I followed the directions on this site

and did a hard and soft reset to get rid of all the att bloatware.

I then proceeded to install a few apps. I unsuccessfully installed Textr, so then i removed it and installed it again. I didnt like the application, so I removed it and installed something else called SMS threader, and I didnt like that so I removed that as well. Then I installed SMS Chat (Vito Technology). That one I liked so I stuck with it. Well I was also playing around with Kaiser Tweak.

Somehow I accidentally turned the phone setting off so I couldnt receive/send calls. It took me a solid 15 min to figure out how to turn it back on. Well anyway, I havent been able to receive text messages, but im able to send em out. My friends said they sent me texts but i didnt receive them. Any clue as to what I should do to make sure Im getting my text messages?? I'm not about to flash the rom and void my warranty, so should I do another hard/soft reset, or are there settings I could check??

I just did a hard reset, my texting is working. but my new problem is i lost all my contacts...what should i do now?

update, it just took a while to acknowledge my contacts on the sim card, i see them all now

ok i think my sms is working now. However when i try to install Funcontact its not acknowledging all my contacts, but the built in contact manager sees them all.. any ideas why?

copy the contacts from the SIM to memory

im a total newbie can u show me how to do this? also for the SMS- chat i cant send texts cuz it gives me this error "Your msg could not be delivered because InvalidPduContent"
