Export Contacts From Phone?

Is there any way to export my contacts from my phone to my computer? I know that ActiveSync will sync any contacts on the computer to the phone, but what about the other way around? I like having a backup list of contacts on my computer, but I don't want to have to go enter every single contact manually. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Activesync will synchronize the contacts so that you have a copy on the phone and on your PC

With Outlook Contacts: You can have ActiveSync sync your MS Outlook contacts (on your computer) with your Outlook Mobile contacts (on your phone).

With SIM Contacts: You can use the SIM Manager (programs > sim manager) to select all your SIM contacts, and copy them over as Outlook Mobile contacts.

Personally, for each of my contacts, I have two entries (SIM Contact, Outlook Contact). I need the SIM contacts for whenever I take out the SIM card, and use a different phone.
