Try the demos for spb mobile shell and spb pocket plus. you may want to try the demo of winterface. Try the free pointui and the excellent pocket cm.
Also try the freeTcpmp (media) and consider the comercial coreplayer...
Oh, and enjoy your new shiny thing

I would recommend HTC Home, you can get it off xda-developers. It allows you to play music, call some favorites, launch a few programs, and set the ring style all with a finger, plus it has a nice sized clock on it. Also, it is free so that's nice, but the spb programs are nice too.

All you need to do is explore your phone, if you are using XP, then it should be an option in active sync. Then just copy the files somewhere on your phone and run it from there. I'm assuming that the file is a .cab file correct? Some mobile programs actually install on your computer and then install when you connect your phone.

All you need to do is plug your phone into your computer. Once that is complete and it is synced up, you will need to explore onto your phone, I have vista and it just mounts the phone's file system so that it is available though My Computer. If that doesn't happen, then there should be an option in activesync to explore device. Once you are in your phone's directory, simply copy the .cab file onto your phone. Once the file is on your phone, you can disconnect the phone from the computer. Finally, use the file explorer on the Tilt to find the .cab file that you just copied. All you have to do is tap that file from the explorer and it should install. Make sure you install it to your device and then let it restart when it is finished. You should have the HTC Home on your phone. BTW, the next file on that page is a program that helps customize HTC Home and is really great to use, you can install it in the same fashion that you just installed HTC Home.
Also, there is an audio function with HTC Home, you will need HTC Audio Manager to make it fully integrated otherwise it will just use windows media player. You can find that on the same page. Almost every file on that page is amazing, I would recommend trying any of them that look interesting.
Hope that helps :)

Have you added these contacts on your sim card or phone. If they are on the sim card, it won't let you add pictures.

The Sim Manager program should be able to help you with that, I took the bloatware off of my phone so it is just in the general programs list, try looking in tools if you kept the ROM the same.
