Setting alarm to go off only on reminder?

So I just got a Tilt, and I have a question. Whenever I have appointments, I always set a reminder for an hour before. This is all working fine, however when it gets to the time of the actual appointment, it alerts me again.

Is there any way to set it ONLY to play a sound/alert for the reminder, and not the actual appointment time? Thanks!

It should only sound for the reminder. Once you get the reminder & you dismiss it. It should go away & not remind you again.

I agree - it SHOULD sound the reminder, and if you dismiss the reminder, it should not remind you again. That is how my other WM devices worked (Dell Axims).

I have the same issue with my Tilt. I get the reminder notification as I expect (sometimes a few minutes late, but it still happens). I dismiss the reminder, then get notified again at the time of the appointment. Very annoying when I'm already in the meeting that my Tilt is trying to remind me of...

I would really like to figure out how to turn this 'feature' off.
