Try either an AT&T or Apple store.

They both sell iPhones which appears to be what you want!

1. Get Opera Mini
2. Try some SPB Software - yes actual aftermarket software not controlled by HTC/AT&T. With free trials first.
3.See the FAQ in this forum - many are available.
4. Beat your Tilt with a hammer - now it will be a brick just like the iPhone if you try and install unapproved apps. And best of all, it will now drop calls just like an iPhone.
