Installed 6.1, restored from backup, phone won't work!

Hi, I have a question, I jus did the same thing and my phone actually doesn't work, I mean I can't change my ringtone...Plz help me if you know something...I tried few things, but nothing...

There appears to be a bug in the 6.1 update that causes the ringtones problem.

I haven't seen anyone post a solution yet.
