Cannot sync Tilt w/ USB on any computer after 6.1

Maybe someone can help with this. I installed the 6.1 ROM update last week. Everything was fine until yesterday when I tried to sync with my cable and nothing happened. No trying to connect or anything. Just silence. I've tried different cables and different computers. Nothing! I've done the obvious soft resets and several hard resets (thank goodness for backups!). Still nothing. The only way I can get anything done is by creating a BT sync, which sucks.

I have made no changes that I can think of the day before everything hit the fan. Any help would be majorly appreciated. My only other option is to consider it a hardware issue, but the phone charges with the USB cable just fine.

Settings--->Connections---->USB to PC check or unckeck the box for "Enable advanced network functionality".

Also in the Activesync connection settings make the box for allow USB connections is check.

If you tried the above then I don't know what to tell you.

you didn't specify what OS you are running on your computer. If you have windows XP (or something older), make sure you have the latest and greatest version of activesync installed.

if you are windows vista, after plugging the phone in the first time, you may need to connect to windows update and download all the latest updates.
