Voice Command

OK, 6.1 comes with Voice Command. I enabled it. Now, how do I access it on the Tilt?

Go into button assignments and assign a button to Voice Command. Most people use the PTT button #6 which as I understand is now available with 6.1. Make sure in settings, to enable voice command and for what type of announcements.

Activate it and say help. It will give you voice info. You can for instance say Call John Doe. It will ask you which phone if you have more than one listing for them. It will confirm by repeating that.

From BT, it must be a compatible device. On mine I press and hold the BT earpiece and hear a ding, then give the command(s) as above.

With my BT, it will not announce incoming calls if I have the wireless stereo activated. But since I never need that while in the car anyway, I just keep it disabled and then it announces incoming calls too.
