I did a few Google searches and a search in this forum, maybe I didn't use the right search terms cause I didn't find anything.

So if this is a repost, sorry!

My Tilt is a couple weeks old, :approve: I've added a few things but no ROMs.
Google Maps, Kaiser Tweak, VistaHide Battery Guage (very cool BTW), Vibra (Switch) to re map my PTT (PTT now switches between ring tone and vibrate mode, rather handy).

Everything is fine when I'm vertical. But when I slide the KB out text disappears.
I get the "suggestion" box when I type, but it's empty. It acts like it did before, displaying multiple lines and everything.
When I pull up "Menu" or "Favorites" in IE there is no text there either. If I close the KB and it flips vertical everything is fine again.

Any thoughts on what I did? I changed a few things in Keiser Tweak, but nothing that I though would do this.

Love your user name, but as to your problem, I'm no help at all.

Was it working ok before you Tweaked?

You could Hard reset and start again if you don't have too much time invested in your set up, but that's a bit drastic.
Hopefully someone with a tilt will be able to point you in the right direction.
It actually sounds similar to one of the bugs people have been talking about with the 6.1 update.

LOL Thanks Box. I saw the "upside down" text somewhere and I decided to steal it!

I didn't do too much to the tilt, so a hard reset isn't completely out of the question, (plus it'll get rid of the ATT bloatware) but I'd rather know the problem and know how to fix it rather than a "nuke and prep"

6.1 came preinstalled from ATT, and it worked before, I just don't know what combination of program installs/tweaks caused this issue. I'll have to find some time to un-tweak, test, un-tweak, test, etc...

It's the ClearType settings in Kaiser Tweak...

I read the 6.1 issues post. As it turns out if I disable ClearType in both PIE and Landscape. The text displays.

So yea... read the forums first before posting. Sorry!

Believe it or not, I nearly suggested Cleartype, but not being familiar with the tilt I didn't want to sound like an idiot. (again)
