so, my tilt is only a few weeks old and I've been having a lot of problems with it.

1. my keyboard is acting up and I have to tap hard on the keys or it doesn't register.

2. I've had to clear the memory twice due to it constantly freezing from my apps. Its fine now but I haven't installed htc customizer yet.

and I also need to know if I can download apps of off wifi on my actual phone, and if so how would I do this? because my computer moniter is demolished on my floor and I want htc customizer back..

Have you talked to customer service and made sure there is not a problem with the phone. I am sure you have a period with a new phone where you can get it exchanged for a new one if it is not working proper. I also believe you can adjust the pressure to use on keyboard strokes. I have loaded all my software on to my storage card because of all the junk that ATT puts on the phone uses up most of the available memory. So if you invest in a new storage card and load most of your programs there it might help you. A hard reset will restore your phone back to new condition but will delete anything you have loaded on the phone so you may want to back up any data you have put on the phone.

You can put program cab files on to your phone and then click on them to install the program. You do not have to use computer and run exe files to install software. I hope this helps you with your problems. There are many links here that will provide you with more information about using your phone
