Faster GPS Lock?

I know there are posts out there where this was addressed, but for the life of me I cannot find any. Does anyone know of the program you use to check/help the tilt lock onto a GPS signal faster. Ever since I updated to 6.1, the gps takes 10 to 15 minutes to lock on.

I have read several post where people have complained about this very issue. It shouldn't take 10-15 minutes for your device to aquire a siganal. There is definitely something wrong. I had just bought my Tilt before the update came out. I never used my Tilt with WM6. It takes my tilt at most 5 minutes to aquire a signal.

Have your tried using the Quick GPS App? I don't know if this will help.

I have seen this very same post but I would really consider that a solution. GPS Gate is not a free program.
