Well, the Fuze is the latest and greatest, meaning you get slightly better hardware specs.... which you will pay for. Feature wise, they are honestly pretty similar. IE, both have full QWERTY, GPS, touch screen, etc.

My recommendation is go to an ATT store and get your hands on both of them. See which keyboard you like best, which Dpad works best for you.

For me, I was pretty disappointed in the Fuze. I didn't like the way they have the Dpad/jogwheel/whatever they call it set up. My thumb just didn't fit it properly and it was clunky to use. So, I prefer the tilt (although I sure would like the higher resolution screen of the Fuze).

Your tastes may vary of course.... I guess the point of this post is that the two devices are pretty similar in terms of features and capabilities... so it really comes down to which one you prefer in terms of aesthetics and ergonomics, which is something only you can determine when you actually see and hold the phones.

I have a Tilt and its great, but no way I would tell anyone to get it over the Fuze. The Fuze is newer, more powerful, better higher res screen. The only downer I can see with the Fuze is if you have large hands/fingers, as the keys on the Fuze's keyboard are smaller than than the Tilt's.
