Aximsitemobileicon [Tip] - How To Undock Your SIP Keyboard
change the value of Dragstyle in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\SIP

from 0 to 1

Then just soft reset and you are all set. You can drag around the SIP all over your screen anywhere you want it.
