Hey guys I am currently waiting for my 8925 tilt. I was wondering about a couple of things.

1. I have a motorola Razr v3r (from back when at&t was cingular) so one of the cool things I liked about it was that it had an option of putting animated gifs as a screensaver,

Does the tilt do the same thing?

2.
Also do you guys think my sim card will work moving from my Razr V3r to the tilt out of the box? (Im getting tilt from ebay unlocked, but brand new still in box.)

3. Any advice on what I should do when I get the phone as far as possbile updates, I am a complete noob just happened to find this website.

look at the Sim card... if it doesn't have a big 3g logo on it, then no, you will need a new SIM. You will want to get the unlimited data plan if you don't already have it. You can get by without it, but you'll enjoy it more if you do.

PPC Phones ALWAYS have a limited capacity for battery life, so why would you want to have the thing playing a screensaver when you aren't looking at it.

There are a number of freeware apps that are available and you'll find the Phone is FAR more useful than you could expect... First decide what you WANT it to do.

BTW, you will want to be running WM6.1.. It should be, but you will need to verify when you get it.
