KiaserTweak is a program by ChainFire and Nikagl over at XDA-Developers,
(xda-developers - Xda-developers) and is a tool to quickly and easily make registry changes. There are a variety of changes you can make that include a tweak to change the delay in the camera so it will take a picture immeaditly after pressing the button, or even making it a 6MP panoramic camera! Other changes include power management functions, and default storage locations. I was not aware it could make you 3mp camera into a 6mp camera...
