Pocketsolutions.com

What is the general feeling about pocketsolutions.com?

I purchased a beltcase for $44.95 from them last December. By September, it was falling apart.

After sending it back, their response was "Normal wear and tear" and offered to sell it to me again for only $19.95. This was after losing my return for over a month.

Anyone else had this experience?

Thanks.

I wish I had done my homework before dealing with Pocketsolutions.com

BetterBusinessBureau

Unsatisfactory rating from the Better Business Bureau.

If this is your idea of solid customer service...

Sorry to hear of your troubles, but thanks for sharing your experience with this company. I will most certainly avoid them in the future.

They were an early and short lived sponsor at Aximsite in the early, early years.

I ordered from them because I liked what their website said.

Too bad it is all talk. Can anyone suggest a solid company to buy accessories from?

CASES.COM comes to mind. I have ordered lots of stuff from them and found out about them from axim site a couple of years ago. I believe they are a huge supporter of axim site/mobility site too. You can also get a discount there just for being a forum member here. Discounts

Yes, definitely, thanks for posting the warning. I am in the market for cases for both my wife and me. If that is the level of customer service offered by Pocket Solutions, they will not be getting any consideration from me.

Thanks again!

I was told that the company has sold "Thousands" of the cases and mine was the only one to ever have an issue.

Uh huh.

After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I got no relief. I was offered to buy another case for 50% of the retail price from Pocketsolutions.com.

Avoid these people like the plague!
