For those who haven't seen it, you can now sync your Tilt with a Blackberry Enterprise Server using new software provided by HTC.

Please note the following links are for the At&t Tilt.

Welcome to the ROM update for the AT&T Tilt. Please review the following prior to downloading and installing the latest ROM update (version 1.62.502.0) on your device. This ROM update is intended for the AT&T Tilt only and users should not load or attempt to load this version on any other device as it may cause serious issues/damage.

Then you need the blackberry connect software found here:

Please read the instructions first. then follow the link below for the BB software.

The only other step that I had to do to get this to work is call At&t and tell them i switched phones to the Tilt w/ BlackBerry Connect, and they will modify your calling plan to allow the BES data connection..
