ok guys i just got my neww tilt and i dont have a data plan and i hate the theme how do you download plugins and all that stuff without a data plan because i dont even know how to install it so help please it would be very apreactiated

I think Andy means to say, if you connect to your PC, you can access the internet without a data plan, through your Pc. If you have XP installed you will have to find and install microsoft activestink, if you have Vista you use WMDC. Both of these apps let you use your PC's internet connection via your windows Mobile device!
