Trying to use Tilt as Web access for laptop

I am a new member of the forum and I have a question that may seem obvious, but I am stumped. I would like to use my Tilt as an access to the Internet for my Laptop when I am traveling and can not figure out how to do this. I have an unlimited data plan and was hoping I could use my Tilt to access the web. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Iff you look in the windows folder in file explorer, you'l find a program called internet sharing. use that one as the one that ATT allows you to see under the tools section sucks. It may just be the UI to the same prgram, but I found it easier to use it the way I said. It works nice and fast too. I used it when cable modem at home was down. Good Luck

agreed.....

Internet Sharing app is perfect on my Tilt, never quits, always stays on 3G, very happy with this tidbit of info. Why ATT did not make it the default is just plain duh.
