Super SIM card
Has anyone tried using a super SIM card with the Tmobile Dash?
It claims to allow you to copy multiple SIM cards to one. Then you put the Super SIM in anunlocked phone & you should be able to switch phone #s on a menu on the phone without restarting or anything.
I have read that it has to be unlocked first, but even then I'm skeptical if it will work. Sounds to good to be true & I've read on other sites that it doesn't work in the US.

This is one selling on an auction on ebay:
WRITER:
eBay.co.uk: 12 IN 1 SUPER SIM CARD READER WRITER MOBILE PC UK SELL (item 330060051682 end time 10-Dec-06 16:27:00 GMT)

CARD:
eBay.co.uk: Super Sim Card Clone Duplicate Backup Copy Write 16in1 (item 230059285634 end time 10-Dec-06 18:10:00 GMT)

Anyone heard anything?

People have been doing this in Europe for a very long time, and it works flawlessly. There are even ones that allows you to receive calls from two numbers at the same time, and when you are making a call you pick the line to call from. I am not sure how well these will work with USA GSM operators, if they block b/w or if there is any restrictions, and I am sure that T-Mobile reps will have no clue what you are talking about if you call them up. Since you are in Europe it might be a different situation for you, but looking at the price of these things I would say go for it.. less than 20 quid and you get yourself a new toy to play with.

anyone had experience copying a SIM card?
I simply want to back up all my family’s SIM cards so if they loose their phone, I can make another SIM Card. From reading the various WEB sits, no one actually says that they will copy, and fully duplicate a SIM Card.

Can anyone recommend one of the many devices to copy a SIM card?
Has anyone had experience copying a SIM card in this way?

Thanks in advance,
Rick

Doesn't T-Mobile and Sprint use CDMA on all of their new phones?

sim management
I have a device from staples it is called Dazzle 990 and manages all your digital stuff .
it came with software that worked , a bit clumsy but ok and the updated version was only a little better but in fairness it does transfer all your sim data to your pc and will put it back on another sim or the same one should you delete it .
Iam interestd in the so called super sim and have bought one -gullible mug- and it came with no instructions so if anyone has some knowledge etc I would be glad of it .

The operater builds the phones around the service, not the service around the phones.

T-mobile currently uses GSM(and most likely will stay that way), and Sprint is using PCS, with plans to swap everything(sprint-pcs, nextel-iden) over to 4g in coming years.
