I thought it was posted on the Mobility site for a release date of the 23rd. However that was pure rumor & speculation. I looked today & nothing. It seems like AT&T would release something to replace the Tilt soon.
Well, if you are watching those threads, you probably know just about all there is to know. The best guess is that the official release will be next Tuesday, November 4 (election day). There has certainly been official internal AT&T communication to that effect (although, as always, "subject to change"). The volume of reports of sightings and stores willing to admit to its existence (and a few even willing to commit to selling them that day) has greatly increased over the last week or so, which is pretty good support for the November 4 date still being valid, but only time will tell.

I'm sure nearly everyone has seen the leaked documents over on Boy Genius Report, confirming that the release is scheduled for Nov. 11. That seems to be pretty firm information at this point. I'm certainly planning to start bugging my local stores on Monday to see if they've gotten their shipments yet and will have stock available on Tuesday!
Yeah, it's certainly true that we've seen leaked documents before that gave dates that came and went, but this one is unique in several respects:
1) It was released less than a week before the named target date.
2) It's much more detailed. The earlier leaks were just a name and a date. This has detailed specifications, competitive analysis, sales-person talking points, etc.
3) Many/most stores have now received their display dummies of the phone.
4) As you said, it's now on the (clearly official) rebate sheet.
5) There are lots of anecdotal reports of stores that actually know about the phone, and most of them give the November 11 date when asked about the release schedule.
I took the earlier dates with a grain or several of salt, but I think this one's the real deal.
There are at least a couple of people (one in Indiana, another in Florida) who actually bought Fuzes from AT&T Authorized Retailers last night (Friday). I haven't found any store in my area that will admit to having inventory or having them available on Tuesday, but I'm very hopeful! :approve:
I hear the 15th, but the 23rd is not too much further out
Well, this document seems conclusive that it's tomorrow. And given the fact that some stores are already selling it, I don't have any reason to doubt it.
