I went on ATT's site at midnight and searched for the Fuze and here it is! Priced at $349 with a $50 mail in rebate, it comes to $299.

Not sure if I am going to bite the bullet just yet as I have my Tilt looking similar to the Diamond & Touch Pro. I had the Touch Flo 2D which is simular to what both the Diamond & Touch Pro are using but it is kind of a memory hog.

I found just a glorified theme over at the XDA-Developers website which has the look & feel of it but takes up less memory.
