Any suggestions, we've tried entering all the data, the phone store spent two hours with tech services and couldn't get the mail setup. Anyone have similar problems.

The phone belongs to a friend and I was trying help, I've asked him to get signed up to this site and post away. I am sure it is because we made it to Live but didn't complete the sign up on that site. We're old guys and the font was awful small, plus he wants his email to arrive like it did on the 8925.
Thanks, hopefully he'll respond or we'll get back on it in the morning.
If he has a data plan, have him sign up for the beta app at seven.com

I have been successfully able to connect to the internet and MSN Live and configured the device using ATT/Xpress mail with no success unable to connect. Have had a couple of error messages: Wrong username and password or unable to connect to server.
Come on experts, I've been telling ssgr_rhps this is the smartest forum on the planet! He can't get ATT Store, MSN, or Quest to kick out a solution. His problem is bazarre!
try again... Seven was having issues this past weekend.
