USB Tether

Hi there. Just found this forum and figured I'd give it a shot to solve an issue with my fuze. I'm attempting to setup usb tethering. I have deleted the registry entry "forced connections", etc. When I launch ICS, it allows me to choose USB/Bluetooth, and a connection (in my case I created a new one called tether). I see it connect with my laptop, even gets an IP address from my phone, but i cannot ping the default gateway from my laptop (I'm assuming my phone). Any ideas out there? I've been all over google searching for an answer and cannot find one. I've used this article as well to no avail...

Maybe this article I wrote will help you out.

I am able to tether my Fuze to my laptop with no problems whatsoever.

Thanks so much for the post. The steps outlined in the article are essentially what I've already done to no avail. My screenshots look just like the ones from the article. Something else is creating the issue.

HA! Spoke too soon. I removed the network connection from my laptop, let it reinstall and I'm now pulling down 1.6Mbps down and 150kbps UP! THANKS!
