Has anyone tried Minimo on their K-Jam?

I have it's slow starting but does a good job with web sites. Minimo and Opera are the only browsers I found that will let me access my banking transactions. I've used the beta and now the trial versions of Opera, it's a lot faster but not sure I want to pay $25 for it.

I recently tried it on the hx4700, after using opera, loved it, and netfront, hated it.

The minimo, does indeed take FOREVER to load. I kid you not, about 1.5 minutes just to get to the start screen. Yes, this is from the SD card, but still it should perform a bit.

And, for loading, it really wasn't better than PIE. So, I think since I really LOVED opera, but HATE the 29.99 price, I am going to bite the bullet and buy the most expensive application for PPC that I have ever bought.

Anyone have tricks to make minimo work?
