There is a unofficial version out there that does work sort of. You have to change some settings to get the camera working and it does not come with settings for your particular carrier so you have to do that as well. It is doubtfull that cingular will offer an update to WM6 although with t-mobile offering it they may.

The general consensus is that TMO won't offer it for the MDA either, although they are offering for the Dash.

Quite possibly. There are people successfully running WM6 on the Wizards.. Go check out the forums at XDA Devs.. Probably look at their wiki too.. I'm betting you'll find your answers there..

If you want some of the Crossbow look and feel but with complete reliability I can't praise "faria's" latest ROM highly enough. If you know what you're doing then it's worth every bit of hassle to upgrade to this ROM. Check out the thread here.

Go ahead & try the upgrade. You might end-up bricking your device though. The rom's for PPC's & smartphones are device specific. Upgrading the rom on your device is not the same as upgrading the OS on your computer.
