HI. I am in medical school (naturopathic) and am excited about getting all my reference books into my new little Axim X51v. But when I get to the end of an installation, my little Axim reports: "installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it os not digitally signed with a trusted certificate." please help me.

You might try Ctitanic's solution that will turn off the security prompt. Almost everyone does when they come across the link, thought the link is surprisingly hard to find.
