Mmmm...thanks for the link, pickle5729. I'm always on the lookout for a good Cornish-style pasty. I've made a few with onions turnips and /or rutabagas and beef, but I'm still somewhat a novice on making a proper pasty crust. Four'N'Twenties look to me more like a traditional British steak and kidney or maybe even a pork pie (kind of like our pot-pies).
