It's just dawned on me that 'only fools and horses' would buy a Dell! If you hail from the land of Yorkshire Pudding, pork pies and, er, blisteringly hot curries, you'll understand the above quip. If, on the other hand, you do not come from the aforementioned land, you will have to ask one of the other Dell Boys (and girls) on this forum just what the heck I'm on about.
Suffice it to say that once you become a Dell Boy, you start hanging around wine bars and other trendy drinkeries sporting a fake Burberry trench coat and supping a multi coloured cocktail with an obligatory small umbrella, whilst at the same time tapping away on your Dell Axim pretending to work, whereas you are actually seeing whether any of the 'birds' in the joint have left their Bluetooth activated on their mobiles, so you can chat them up in a high tech sort of way. All of this while the trouble and strife is at home lookin' after the saucepan lids. ('lid' in my case)

I should be able to live with the DellBoy tag - at least until I get back to the UK this summer and my dad starts taking the micky out of me for having somthing called Dell.
The above was just a trivial observation on my part, and acts as a sort of (belated) introduction to the mentality wot drives me.
