Cannot use .NET Compact for an iPAQ 115
I'm new to mobile development and tried to follow directions to learn how to develop mobile apps. .NET compact seems to be the IDE of choice but when I start the Compact IDE with my HP 116 connected there is a message hat "This Device is Not Supported".

The results from Protara are similar.

How does one develop apps for an HP iPAQ 116. I would rather not buy a newer model in my current state of ignorance.

just an extranous note: I am a retired C++ programmer living in Mexico.
