My notifications alarm doesn’t work. I went to “Settings” “Sounds & Notifications” and checked “Enable Sounds” for Programs and Notifications. But the alarm does not sound.
The sound works when I use the self-test.

Can anyone help me?

You probably need to take a look at your notification queue - there are probably some duplicate and erroneous notifications there that is causing this problem. See this link for more information:
