Thanks! The intention is to use the ppc with a visual glasses, which provide 640x480 and looks like a 80 inch screen 2M far infront of the viewers eyes. The glasses is quite a powerful tool for viewing videos and operating enterprise programs. This glasses can be found on eBay and about $300 and accept Video output.
The old X51v and iPod has video output, but not for the iPaq 210. Sometimes, the video output is useful.
Video outputs on WM devices have generally been designed more with Powerpoint presentations in mind, rather than watching movies. We will see with the HP210, but for what you seem to have in mind, a PMP with video output, like this one might be a better solution.

Well, the Cowon Q5W is a quite powerful device for enterprise use, but it's too heavy to put into pocket and walk around. The meaning of the Pocket PC is its expandability on both software and hardware, and the pocket portability is the basic. I was trying to figure out what iPaq 210 can do as a pocket PC.
For the purpose of video output, even the smaller Apple ipod video can do it. It's undeniable that entertainment is a big part for a pocket PC, even one classified as "enterprise handheld".
Well, after several searching, I give up. It seems that so far the Dell X51v is the only PDA that can give video/vga output for viewing videos. Those cf vga card only output still images.
