Question Problem with Chinese version ipaq 212

I can't wait until the English machine available in my region,
I bought a Chinese version 212 in Hong Kong.
It is so slow compare with my Axim 51V when surfing the web.
Can I flash it to back English?

If not
1. Can I change the contact sorting from Chinese to Alphabetical.

2. Change the menu wording from Chinese to English, I can read Chinese but feel more comfortable with English.

2. Disable the Chinese input method and show the traditional English Keyboard.

3. Anyone know why the IE is so slow in Chinese version, especially when it goes to web with Chinese, I thought it was halt until five minutes later it worked again.

on #3, it's because the compressed font, mingliu.ac3
put mingliu.ttc into \windows folder, do some registry hack to use this font, press switch twice to turn off/on the unit, then reset (or just take the battery out and re-insert)
I have 211 with Trad Chinese addon, plus .ttc font, it works better
I wanted to flash my 211 to HK version, but no luck, now I use addon on my sig

Thanks MingKee,

I just trying to migrate everything from Axim to iPaq.
The response from iPaq is far from my expectation,
I still struggle with the New Window Mobile Device Center, it takes forever to sync with IPaq.

use registry editor (PHM registry is the best bet)
/HKLM/software/microsoft/fontlink/systemlink
change .ac3 to .ttc after .ttc font is copied to /windows folder

Thanks, done but can't find any improvement. No problem in English web, only in Chinese site such as this one www.xocat.com.
And I find another problem, the mobile work can't open new doc, it can open my existing doc, just whenever I click new, it says error. I checked the template docs, they are ok, but mobile word just can't find them.

I hard rest the unit to solve the Mobile Word problem.
But the PIE is very very slow in showing Chinese,
I tried Opera 8.65, much faster than PIE,
but I still considered it slow compare with Axim 51v.
Is it relayed to the Chinese OS issues?
Anyone had that experience?

Can I change the index in the contact from Chinese to traditional Alphabetic ABC?
And can I add an English keyboard too?
Thanks
