basic email question

I haven't used my PPC for emails - ever - and so I wanted to ask:

Since I have my email at work - on MS Server, 2 Gmails accounts, and one account on my outlook 2007 at home - is there a way that I can see each account on my PPC? Is there a recommended program (fleximail as I understand it is pretty much out at this juncture) which can manage this number of accounts (or more) including attachments etc...

If anyone has a email on the PPC for idiots, I would be really interested. I am just now learning that there are diifferent protocols (i learned so far 2 of them - IMAP and POP). Even what you may think is very basic, I am sure that I could learn from!

Thanks for any info

FlexMail (FM4 beta) does work on my 210 but I know others have had problems. FM4 has some pre caned set ups for Gmail IMAP and AOL IMAP. I have tow AOL accounts, 1 Gmail account and one work account through MS Exchange. The built in messaging also will support multiple accounts but is a bit harder to set up.
If you search the forums you can find set up for both Gmail (POP and IMAP) and AOL IMAP. As for your work you will either have to copy the set up from your work computer outlook setting or speak to the IT people to get the input and output servers IP address or names.

Have a look at qMail here ダウンロード. Don't be put off by the site. I use it a lot but it's not quite FlexMail.
I've suffered the FlexMail crash but have it working now (4 days.)
Avoid downloading big messages (<500Kb.) Turn off the automatic sync at startup and use manual sync instead (IMAP Idle does work.) Download just headers or up to 5Kb of a message initially. Download the remaining portion when needed. These changes have stopped FM3 and FM4 from crashing for me, so far.
Note that if FM does crash, you'll need to reset your iPAQ and remove FM and your mail before re-installing.
